Corporate interns work at our global headquarters in Buffalo, N.Y., an iconic, 12-story glass-walled building in the vibrant hub of the new and historic heart of downtown Buffalo. The headquarters integrates the latest advances in environmental energy conservation and office design and features cutting-edge technology.
The Customer Experience/Salesforce Intern will work as a part of the GuestPath team, with the primary purpose of helping to customize and implement the Salesforce platform for our customer experience program.
Work with GuestPath team to customize the design and update the Salesforce platform to accommodate our program’s needs.
Gather data from numerous sources and input into Salesforce.
Assist in developing training documents for Salesforce users.
Introduction to Customer Experience Management techniques and processes.
Project management skills.
Change management skills
Pursuing a degree in technology, hospitality or related field of study
Proficient in Salesforce platform at the administration level.
General Microsoft Office skills
