The Opportunity
The Marketing Coordinator should be passionate about pursuit success, which drives the sales of the company by strengthening new and existing client relationships. The candidate should be highly creative and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative work environment. The position will be responsible for promoting the Company’s brand through compelling visuals and content, storytelling, and proposal theming and messaging. This role includes significant customer focus that support both Design and Construction Management Practice marketing, business development, and sales initiatives. Internal coordination with our technical and corporate marketing and communications teams will be common, and will require excellent organizational skills to execute all assignments.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Collecting and preparing general information for staff resumes, project descriptions, and boilerplate information for client submittals
Coordinating DOT and local government pursuits with marketing team members, business development staff, project managers, and external partners
Providing support to project managers, client management teams, and senior marketing team members by collaborating and contributing to marketing tasks
Providing printing, binding, and production-related support for proposal materials
Supporting our defined QA/QC procedures for all marketing materials developed, including proofreading and editing materials for readability and compliance
Evaluating technical content to make sure it satisfies all RFP requirements and company brand standards

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years’ of relevant marketing experience
At least 1 year of experience in the A/E/C or related industry preferred
Adobe InDesign CS4 (or higher) required
Microsoft Office 2010 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Experience coordinating DOT professional services proposals (FDOT, VDOT, NCDOT, SCDOT, TxDOT and/or CDOT)
Knowledge and experience with SF 330s is preferred
Proficiency in basic marketing, communication, and graphics design processes
Strong writing, editing, and grammar skills a must
A self-starter that can work both independently, as well as collaborate in a team environment
Demonstrate exceptional critical thinking and problem solving skills, love challenges, and have a can-do attitude
An expert at prioritizing multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities and direction in a progressive work environment
Excellent time management skills and the ability to drive proposal schedules.
Demonstrate a high-level of creativity using graphics (such as photos, graphs, charts, etc.) to improve communication in written documents
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Ability to work unscheduled overtime, sometimes on tight deadlines
Adobe PhotoShop CS4 (or higher) preferred
Deltek Vision (or experience with other relational database programs) experience is a plus
