We are a very successful Therapist owned PT/OT call center seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to run our newly created "Wholly Owned Subsidiary" South of Boston. You will need to be a self motivated entrepeneur that is able to manage time, employees and caseload for a company that will be counting on you to be extraordinary. You will need to have the ability to recruit a staff that will fit into our corporate culture of "licensed therapists only" with no bean counters and no productivity requirements. You will need to quickly hire a team of PT/OT/PTA/COTA professionals that are able to handle caseloads that fill rapidly as our current clients already have needs to be filled. We are a therapist owned company that makes no promises we can't keep to our clients and patients. We do expect the same from any therapist that works for us and even more from ourselves.
Qualifications for this position is you must have a MA PT license and at least a Master's in PT. You must have Home Health and Skilled Nursing Experience and be able to communicate with nursing staff, clients and patients with a consistent and positive demeanor at all times. You must be able to work well with others, own your daily responsibilities, take direction from people experienced in this specific medical and business venture, and be able to tolerate some minimal risk for large rewards. These rewards include independence of schedule, great quality of life and work balance, and the ability to make as much income in proportion to the amount your are individually motivated. We need a Full Time PT that is dedicated, willing to sacrifice, and take advantage of this opportunity to have ownership in this "Wholly Owned Subsidiary".
