Demand Generation Marketing Manager

What you’ll do:
This is a new position, absolutely key to our marketing efforts as you’ll be responsible for increasing pipeline and market penetration for new logos, leveraging the marketplace and existing partner accounts, driving demand generation including direct mail, email, and the customer journey. We want you to develop tactics to drive high-touch marketing programs that generate quality pipeline, moves prospects through the sales cycle, and builds customer intimacy, supporting the company growth goals. You’ll work with Salesforce, Pardot Triblio, and other technology in the stack to improve the lead flow of campaigns – executing, tracking, reporting, and close rate, so we’re looking for great experience of using these platforms. Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Who you are:
You come from the IT/Tech world, ideally B2B Enterprise, and have a wealth of lead generation, ABM, CRM, and lead nurturing strategy expertise. You’re confident identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospects, growing pipelines to meet growth targets, developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, developing integrated, multi-touch marketing campaigns for lead generation activities including email (Pardot), ABM. CRM (Salesforce) and supporting field/virtual events, possessing extensive experience with email best practices and tools/platforms. You have a passion for monitoring and reporting on key metrics and pivoting marketing plans based on results and love working with salespeople to generate pipeline and drive the business. You’re recognized for your ability to influence others, cross-functionally and have success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration, and return.
