Our Operations Manager will lead a team that is responsible for the on the road testing of autonomous vehicles and will directly impact the future of autonomous vehicles.

What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations including testing, training, and fleet readiness of autonomous vehicles
Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions
Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements
Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
Establish contracts, pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies
Manage relationships with key operations vendors
Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels
Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality or customer service
Responsible for assigning work, prioritizing use of resources and maintaining high level safety
Assist in setting team goals and ensuring goals are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, systems and support

What You'll Bring:
7+ years of management experience in a fast-paced environment; start-up experience preferred.
Experience leading teams in excess of 100+ employees
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts
Ability to lead teams and create processes with limited to no supervision
Previous experience working with and supporting cross-functional teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
Prior experience in Technology, Robotics or the automotive field a plus
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
