In this criticalposition you will:

  • prepare and reviewwork papers, income tax returns (corporate, partnerships, non-profit andindividuals)
  • prepare and review financial statements(compilation and review levels - we do no audits)
  • prepare tax planning, tax strategy & tax research apply strong technical skills and problem solving with client work
  • be the primary contact for client work once you are trained in ourprocesses
  • oversee and manage engagements, prioritize tasks and supervise/motivate staff
  • build relationships with clients and community contacts and contribute to theongoing development efforts of the firm
  • assist in training and mentoring other team members
  • have critical thinking and research skills to determine conclusions andrecommendations
  • develop the ability to identify and propose resolutions to certain income taxissues

Qualifications:

  • Licensed CPA (or CPA candidate withexperience)
  • Analytical skills and judgement
  • Strong written and verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with client interaction demonstrated business development skills
  • Proven financial, analytical, technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced and complexenvironment
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and ability to work in teams
  • Experience with QuickBooks and UltraTax software is a plus

Salary: $60,000.00 to $85,000.00 /year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

License:

  • CPA: I am currently acquiring this license/certification and it will be complete in the next 30 days (Preferred)
