This Is What You'll Do
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to make a significant impact on our organization. Data analytics and automation help CONSTANT better serve our clients by streamlining routine processes, providing data-driven insights, and imagining impactful digital tools. In this position, you would contribute data and automation solutions to the successful execution of client-facing projects.

Ability to analyze client and business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, documentation, and practical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using cutting-edge technologies and tools.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend automation technology solutions based on feasibility, and cost-effectiveness, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
- Provide solutions for process improvement and streamline workflows through automation on projects across CONSTANT's practice areas and service lines.

Build, test, debug, customize, and continuously improve automation solutions to client and project team specifications. Stay up-to-date by continually exploring emerging technologies and industry trends.

Advise leadership and program management teams on strategies for building, managing, and scaling data and automation capabilities and service offerings and for company-wide strategic initiatives.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts during interaction directly with current and prospective clients. Align technical explanations with the needs and perspectives of non-technical stakeholders.

Support facilitation for internal and external-facing project-related planning meetings or events.

Create compelling and visually interesting products, ensuring all deliverables are completed with high quality and accuracy.

Uphold CONSTANT Quality standards.

Identify and mitigate any risks in the deliverables and project execution.

Effectively train staff to utilize technical solutions, provide job aids, and ensure scalable outcomes.
Qualifications
To be considered for the position, you must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Data Science/Analytics, or related field and +3 years of relevant experience in building technology solutions (development to deployment) using data analysis, data automation, and data validation.
- Proficient in software programming (Python, Visual Basic, etc.)

Proven ability to use analytical skills for problem-solving.

Excellent communication, business writing, formatting, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Detail and process-oriented via a strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

Team-oriented, collaborative.

Proficiency in MS 365 suite, including familiarity working with templates

U.S. Citizen
Ideal candidates may also possess several of the following skills and qualifications:

Master's in Computer Science, Data Analysis, or related field

Experience providing consulting services to government agencies
-
Basic graphic design
- Data analysis and presentation, including qualitative analysis, statistics, visualization, and storytelling

Familiarity working within Unanet or a similar Enterprise Resource Management (ERM) tool
