Information Design Artist - Legal

Trial consulting firm is seeking a full-time design artist with advanced working knowledge of Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience with video editing, video deposition software, 3d software, Flash, AfterEffects, Word, and Excel are a plus.

At least 3-5 years of work experience is required. Experience in legal graphics field is preferable.

Creativity is important because customized illustrations are required to explain complex concepts to jurors. The ability to analyze information and translate it into visual metaphors and tutorials for courtroom presentation is the primary role of this job. A successful candidate will have the ability to brainstorm to create custom demonstratives describing complex concepts, render detailed illustrations, create visually interesting timelines, document excerpts, graphs, and tables, as well as completing in-house marketing projects, such as website design and e-newsletters.

Applicants must be comfortable working directly with clients in a formal business setting. Detail-oriented, punctual, self-managed person is the best fit for this job.

The position is fast-paced and often requires meeting high-pressure, fast-turnaround deadlines. Standard office hours are 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. We offer health benefits and 401K.
