Job Description
Center IPA is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to support and practice in one of its clinics. You will be working in an independent, outpatient clinic under the supervision of a primary care physician. Center IPA currently focuses on providing care to Medicare and Medicare Advantage members.
The Nurse Practitioner's primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Be under the supervision of physician
- See patients in an office/clinic setting
- Mostly see Medicare HMO patients
- Review medical records to make sure it meets requirements
- Review referral requests for approval or denial
- Use electronic medical records
Job Location
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in California
- Valid DEA license
- Speciality in internal medicine, family practice, or geriatric medicine
- Must speak Spanish
