This role provides leadership and expertise to develop integrated solutions to business problems. The position partners with line management and across the HR function to deliver value-added outcomes that meet business objectives.
Essential, Duties and Responsibilities
Acts as a single point of contact for internal clients.
Supports and consults with line management to achieve business goals.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed.
Manages the performance management cycle including day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention while reducing costs.
Provides guidance on workforce and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual coaching needs.
Participates in the delivery, evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
Helps build organizational readiness for change and supports and leads change initiatives.
Partners with other members of the HR team to execute HR related programs and initiatives.
Ability to leverage technology and HR systems to analyze and generate data-driven solutions

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or similar discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree.
Experience: 5+ of progressive HR Business Partner experience.
