Executive Sous Chef candidates with a proven track record as a strong leader and a desire to increase their commitment and responsibilities will be considered. The position entails operating the kitchen on a daily basis with professionalism, respect, efficiency, knowledge and awareness. Understanding the culinary philosophy of the restaurant, attention to detail and follow through of all restaurant policies. Mentoring junior staff members. Upholding restaurant standards for quality and cleanliness.

An ideal candidate will have:
A passion for cooking and hospitality as well as possessing a strong work ethic
Strong communication skills with the ability to problem solve
Experience with seasonally changing regional cuisine
2-3 years of experience in a comparable position
Michelin Star experience
