With over 50 years in the Marketing Industry our company is growing once again. We are currently expanding. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. Our customer service representatives, or CSR, will act as a liaison between our clients and their consumers. They will provide product/service information and and set appointments with qualified canidates.

The best appointment setters on our team come form a CSR background. CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. CSRs can put themselves in the customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to CSRs as they are most considerable to a care specialist. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they don't have enough information to resolve customer complaints. Meet personal sales targets and team quotas

  • Show up to work with a great attitude, work well in a team environment, and consistent and reliable attendance
  • Canvass assigned territories to gather leads.
  • Schedule appointments solar analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $30.00 /hour
