Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing educational support and care to students, contributing to their overall development and learning experience.
Duties
- Support classroom teachers in implementing educational activities
- Assist students with curriculum-based tasks and projects
- Provide individualized attention to students who require extra help
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational strategies
- Supervise and engage students during classroom activities
Requirements
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist in curriculum development and implementation
- Familiarity with literacy education and math concepts
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- Previous experience working with students to educate and support their learning journey
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.71 - $18.58 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
