The Overnight Safety Specialist (OSS) will support the overnight staff at the Child Welfare Emergency Services Program and the Residential Treatment Program in the supervision and care for residential clients during the night and morning hours, while providing an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. This position will remain awake at all times through the entire shift. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the security of all facility buildings during the night and morning hours.

A High School Diploma/equivalent is required.
Two years of related work or life experience is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is preferred.
