Develops custom programs for web sites that will attract and appeal to users, and provide desired information. Creates web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, through production deployment. Possesses a thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations. Develops new Web applications through packaged and customized applications. Creates Web front-end user interface to new or existing databases using a combination of HTML, SQL, C, VB or other languages to make business applications accessible. Designs and implements user-driven templates, databases and interfaces for ease of use. May create company-wide Intranet. Develops database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time information sharing. Develops external Web portals allowing users to input and retrieve accurate information. Experienced in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies such as Java and ColdFusion.

Design and maintain SharePoint sites on multiple networks.
Analyze functionality and provide recommended enhancements/changes to existing sites.
Create customized functionality to support Government requirements. (Base
Provide updates, site utilization, and data analytics information/reports as requested
Develop a site content modernization strategy.
Maintain site content as needed. Implement collaboration tools and provide knowledge management tools and processes for effective change management and baseline control.
Attend/participate in meetings related to site content and capabilities.
Assist with the development of mission use-cases to identify and analyze information gaps relating to performance measures.
Assist in program analysis, development and coordination.
Assist in the development of processes and procedures to enhance program reporting and tracking methods, to include scorecards and/or dashboards.
Advise and assist NSP concerning program performance management with regard to proposed
Identify and integrate performance measurement standards into an overall performance management process.
Assist with the preparation for/conduct of stakeholder meetings.
Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.

TS/SCI with Polyclearance required

Advanced technical ability and demonstrated success creating and maintaining complex SharePoint sites on classified networks;
Superior ability creating custom features and functions within SharePoint;
Knowledge of the Government's SharePoint site modernization strategy;
Graphic design ability and experience highly desired, but not required.
Microsoft Solutions Developer certification highly desired, but not required;
Expert ability to draft mission use-cases relating to performance measures; and
Demonstrated knowledge of processes and procedures to enhance program reporting and tracking methods, to include scorecards and/or dashboards
