**Warehouse - Inventory Specialist **
**Job Summary:**
Mascot International Logistics is a growing logistic company that operates multiple warehouses throughout the United States of America.
We are looking for well-rounded warehouse persons who want to grow with us.
The candidate must be knowledgeable of warehouse operations including shipping/receiving, order picking/packing, and be able to operate safely a order picker forklift.
The ideal candidate will be punctual, self-motivated, attention to detail, have a positive attitude and a reliable means of transportation.
This is a warehouse environment with hot/cold temperatures and repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting in a fast pace environment.
**Duties:**
- Receive all incoming shipments, sign for items, screen goods delivered against BOLs, evaluate material for obvious damage.
- Notify recipient that a package has been received.
- Maintain and keep stocked self-service shipment center. May assist with palletizing and weighing large items.
- Ensure pick ups are scheduled and parcel shipping labels are generated by 3rd party logistics provider.
- Process received goods.
- Ensure inventory is accurate and maintained at appropriate levels, policies and procedures are enforced to ensure efficient, effective and safe warehouse operations.
- Oversee warehouse locations and labeling, making sure goods are correctly stored and reflected in WMS system.
- Other activities as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
· Bilingual is highly preferred (Mandarin/Chinese; spoken, reading）
· Must be Computer literate (Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Detailed oriented and organized, with a high level of accuracy and precision with electronic and paper records
- Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous
- Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction
- High stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment
- Experience in warehouse operations; Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control, Documentation and Escalations/Resolutions.
- High volume, automotive experience preferred.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
