A 227 unit luxury High Rise Building in North Bethesda, MD seeks an administrative assistant to support the On-Site Property Manager.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Property Management experience preferred but will train the right candidate.
  • Property Management certifications through Community Associations Institute (CAI) or Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) a plus
  • Solid understanding of managing discrete and confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with building management software systems/websites preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Extremely resourceful, strong technical and analytical abilities, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices
  • Comply with expectations as demonstrated in the Employee Handbook.
  • Flexible work scheduled required with the ability to work certain evenings, and available on weekends when needed.
  • Successfully pass criminal and background check.
