Position Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Product Marketing Manager, you will help develop and execute IntSights’ content marketing, threat research, social media, and customer marketing strategies. You will work with product marketing, strategy, research and marketing teams to identify opportunities to promote products, solutions, threat research, services, and personnel related to business and marketing objectives. You will own and manage the IntSights blog, organize and execute IntSights social media strategy, manage customer marketing initiatives, and collaborate with internal clients and external thought leaders, vendors and agencies on an ongoing basis to manage IntSights awards and speaking application processes.

Content Marketing:
  • Manage IntSights blog to grow our share of voice and followers
  • Organize, write and publish IntSights’ monthly ‘Threat Briefing’ newsletter
  • Support development of Solution and Product marketing materials such as whitepapers, datasheets, info-graphics, eBooks, webinars and presentations.
  • Track content performance and analyze audience behavior to optimize content and posting strategies
  • Create and manage an editorial calendar and posting schedule
  • Report on ROI and campaign results
Social Media:
  • Build and execute on platform-specific social media strategies that increase web traffic and build brand affinity with relevant audiences
  • Research and analyze audience behavior to optimize content and posting strategies
  • Report on ROI and campaign results
  • Suggest new ways to engage existing and prospective followers through social media
  • Develop social media strategies that support the full purchase funnel by tracking and analyzing site behavior
Customer Marketing:
  • Represent the voice of the customer and provide customer and market insights to Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Marketing teams
  • Support customer training and customer success initiatives
  • Organize customer advocacy and influencer programs
  • Work directly with customers on PR initiatives including case studies, speaking engagements, Influencer events, etc.
  • Own the America’s Customer Advisory Board program
  • 2-4 years of content marketing, public relations and/or communications experience
  • Strong, proven writing skills
  • Professional presentation and communication skills
  • Strong project management capabilities
  • Detail-oriented, proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Cyber-security knowledge a plus
Education and Certifications

  • Candidates must be based in the Boston, MA area
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
