Job Description
The Finance Sr. Analyst provides support for the NASS NAN Deduction and NASS PBC Pricing Team. This position is responsible for driving the RPA (Robotic Processing Automation) agenda and supporting robust reporting requirements, both scheduled and on demand in nature. Responsibilities include: RPA development using UiPath, Win Auto, and advanced macros, adherence to structured governance framework, process leaning and maintaining a well-controlled automation environment, while delivering robust reporting requirements

The position is responsible for driving significant productivity improvements through automation efforts and performing ad hoc analysis that facilitates problem solving and influencing sound decision making by NASS leadership and the Business Units supported. Primary customers include NASS Leadership and associates, Accounting and Control team, and Sales Finance team.

Key Responsibilities:
Leverage automation technology and process improvements to re-conceptualize the way we do business
Demonstrate a keen understanding of process leaning and the application of automation for day to day work streams and partner with business SMEs to understand process requirements and design
Create timely and comprehensive process documents in compliance with RPA COE standards
Participate in cross-functional collaboration to help develop and implement solutions that are configured as prescribed by internal COE standards
Perform end to end testing before releasing to end user for UAT
Provide implementation and post production support to ensure stability for the business
Identify repetitive processes and system exceptions and provide recommendations for closing gaps
Partner with business users and other developers to identify areas for replication of existing technology to drive additional organizational efficiency
Work independently but also function exceptionally well within a team of developers to drive cross functional learning and development, and best practice sharing

Use in-depth knowledge of SAP and BW (Business Warehouse), and expertise with various querying and reporting tools to mine, consolidate and analyze data for ad hoc requests and research assignments
Develop and refine queries and reports that address the unique and evolving needs of the Business Units and Leadership Team
Meet scheduled reporting timelines within established SLAs
Provide insights and analysis as needed in support of special projects
Maintain a current inventory of processes to support reporting requirements

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and demonstrate agile behaviors capable of responding to ever changing business dynamics. They must be a self-starter, capable of building collaborative relationships to work effectively with others, and drive for results.

Minimum Job Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience with any RPA tool (UIPath, Blue Prism, Win Automation, Automation Anywhere etc.)
At least 5 years of relevant business experience and practical exposure in some of the following roles: financial analysis, data mining and root cause analysis, summary and interpretation of financial data
Strong Microsoft user, with highly advanced Excel skills
Solid problem solving and analytical skills
ERP system reporting experience, preferably in SAP; BW experience a plus
Experience with Project Life Cycle, from design to delivery to process documentation
VBA macro writing expertise
Demonstrated excellent analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Requirements:
4 Year business degree in finance or information systems or comparable experience
Demonstrated project management experience, including ability to lead, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects
SQL experience
