At Procurify, our team is reinventing the way companies spend - Procurify is a powerful spend management software that helps businesses achieve greater visibility into their company's spend, track purchases across their organization, and gain insights on their spend data with certainty. As our Director of Outbound Sales Development, you will lead the growth of our outbound sales team in Denver, helping Procurify get to the next level.

What you’ll do

Build and manage a team of high functioning outbound sales development representatives

Create and deliver training programs for representatives

Provide direct guidance, support, and mentorship to the representatives through one-on-ones, call shadowing, and other coaching methods

Manage all outbound channels including cold calling, chat, email, events, and other outbound focused campaigns

Partner with representatives on key accounts

Leverage sales automation and funnel management techniques to generate sales qualified leads

Manage and optimize our CRM

Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets


5+ years experience working in a fast-paced B2B SaaS company

Experience creating a brand new outbound sales team and successfully scaling

Experience dealing with global SaaS sales within the mid market

Direct experience in B2B sales, specifically SaaS

Finance background is a plus
