We are looking for a Content Specialist to work on a contract-basis part time to help us build and develop our educational, content and training platform for our group coaching program. If you're a hybrid-professional who has experiences across multiple content disciplines, keep reading.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

Getting creative: Delivering great educational content means you have to be able to research best practices, pick the brain of our experienced consultant and learn about our clients and the concepts we're trying to teach them. In short, you're essentially willing to learn anything and have a knack for doing it on your own.

Turning Ideas Into Action: Ideas are great, but if clients don't know what or how to implement them then we aren't very good consultants or coaches. The greatest lift will be turning your research and our curriculum into educational presentations, white papers, worksheets, tools, samples, landing page copy, eBooks. You're well versed in PowerPoint, Excel and are a really good writer.

Building Things People Want to Read: We are building tools and guides that help our clients understand best practices, how to implement our recommendations and create accountability. In doing so, it means our content actually has to be read and absorbed. Meaningful and passionate writing is a key skill set. A boring email? A bland white paper? 70 pages of nonsense, that's not for us.

WHAT SKILLS MAKE YOU QUALIFIED?

  • Mid-career professional with marketing and educational content creation and editing experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and amazing proof reading skills
  • You're a wiz at technology, specifically Office 365, Google Suite, Asana, InfusionSoft, Salesforce and open to learning new ones.
  • You're a hybrid-professional, not just a writer, not just a researcher, not just a … you get the idea.
  • Experience with design (Adobe Creative Cloud) is a huge plus, but we're primary looking for someone to generate the content not the design.
  • Prior experience with content management platforms (particularly WordPress and LearnDash)
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fun, remote, fast-paced and demanding work environment
