Job Description:
Accenture is making substantial investments to continue its leadership position in Cloud implementation as companies pivot to intelligent, New Information Technology. A key part of this investment lies in designing systems based on IBM software and deploying onto IBM cloud platforms.

Accenture’s Intelligent Software Engineering Team is composed of Engineers focused on designing, building and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Our Engineers work with our clients to design and deliver systems for complex, custom projects using the latest technologies to build applications that transcend today’s digital world.
The successful candidate will have deep experience in custom application design and architecture across an array of technologies in a heterogeneous technology landscape. The candidate will have been a member or a leader of an architecture team on a project-based initiative and have experience in application development/Integration and cloud migration initiatives, with one or more of the following technologies: IBM Cloud, IBM Cloud Private, Docker, Kubernetes Cluster and DevOps.

Ability to travel up to 80% is required

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years experience in WebSphere java application development and/or IBM middleware (IBM Integration Bus, BPM) integration experience
Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience with cloud architecture and migration efforts
Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates degree, must have a minimum of 6 years work experience
Preferred Qualifications

Prefer previous experience with developing/migrating application on IBM Cloud/IBM Cloud Private
experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes architecture
Devops pipeline, Jenkins and ability to automate installation and configuration
Bachelors degree
Technical architecture leadership and expertise with IBM Cloud services based on requirements and SLA

Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
