The person in this position is responsible for trust accounting in Appfolio, bookkeeping in Quickbooks, HR paperwork, payroll and managing accounts payable. This position reports to the owners of the company.
Key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Position requires ability to work a minimum of 16-20 hours per week, 52 weeks of the year. The schedule is flexible with the exception of accounting week which it is required to work on the 6th and 7th of the month. It is critical that individuals possess the ability to work their scheduled hours plus any other hours necessary to complete the job and must attend training classes as scheduled.
