Under the direction of the Accounting Department manager, the ideal candidate will assist in a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties according to established policies and procedures. This position will also provide the department with administrative and clerical support. Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal communication skills are required.
Provide exceptional customer service
Responsible for all accounts receivable processes
Perform basic clerical duties
Posting payments, payoffs, batching and deposits
Handle check runs, reports, and title / refund requests
Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services
Skills & Qualifications
Data entry and 10-key experience by touch
Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
At least 2+ years office experience
Knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and practices a plus
Automated accounting software experience a plus
Bilingual English / Spanish required
