Full Job Description
Expanding mechanical contractor based in Queens, NY is looking for a full-time Office Manager. This position will be involved in a variety of tasks supporting our office and field employees.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $80,000 per year
Office Manager responsibilities:
- Answer phones
- Sort incoming mail
- Process paperwork for new hire employees
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Manage and track monthly corporate card expenses to ensure they are coded to the proper department/project
- Manage and track monthly Amazon expenses to ensure they are coded to the proper department/project
- Manage subcontractor insurance requirements and certificates
- Manage company cell phone plan
- Track rental equipment by jobsite
- Order office and breakroom supplies
- Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting requirements
- Assist Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and HR as needed
- Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 3+ years experience in an Office Manager or related position
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and related programs
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Construction industry experience is a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
