Skills: Computer: Excel, Word, Outlook, UPS and/or FedEx electronic experience, YouTube and Facebook, Shopify or Amazon online shipping experience

Personal: Sunny disposition for frequent customer contact, follows directions


  • Field customer sales, troubleshooting and technical support phone calls
  • Manage, dispatch, and/or write email responses
  • Confer with senior employees as needed
  • Manage shipping issues
  • Use Shopify tracking system
  • Email customers
  • Coordinate refunds
  • Synchonize warranty returns and repairs within warranty period
  • Address out-of-warranty repairs
  • Oversee Dealer applications and initial Dealer contacts
  • Add new dealers to Dealer company website's locator map
  • Monitor and report relevant YouTube videos for comments
  • Monitor and report other social media outlets for comments
