Call Center Representative Individuals will be responsible for handling a rapid call volume from external customers.
Individual will serve as the subject matter expert regarding products and services.
Resolve issues by clarifying, researching and implementing solutions.
Must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Call Center Customer Service Representative Description:
Respond to customer inquiries received by telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web based portal regarding information on programs and services
Record customer interactions and transactions, by documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
Address customers inquiries and resolve problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
Communicate with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
Perform data entry accurately
Perform general office or administrative work as assigned, including but not limited to lifting up to 20 pounds
Regular attendance at the job site
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience and Skills Needed:
Exceptional writing and typing abilities to provide clear and empathetic customer support through phone and email.
Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requires basic computer knowledge, and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
Must be able to efficiently manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
