  • Deliver exceptional shopping experiences through consistent performance applying the Company’s selling process, while utilizing technology and collaboration of others
  • Service customers by demonstrating the features and benefits of different fragrances and other products by determining customer’s needs and preferences
  • Cultivates a client style relationship with customers
  • Knows all aspects of each fragrance and other products, displays the ability to answer customer questions and assist in the decision making process
  • Maintains high visibility and energy levels on the selling floor
  • Increases product knowledge by reading product information and promotional materials from the Company and manufacturers
  • Participates in sales driving events to maximize sales
  • Closes sales by suggesting additional items and reinforcing customer’s decisions
  • Recommend Store programs being offered
  • Strives to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Opens and closes the Store per Store guidelines and deactivates or sets store alarm in accordance with shift scheduled or filling in for other Associates
  • Ensures that the Company email communications are checked at the beginning of the shift and regularly throughout the entire shift
  • Ensures that bank deposits are made daily, prior to 2:00pm
  • Ensure the integrity of all alarm and pass codes - keeps these confidential
  • Ensure all financial documents are filled out accurately and legibly
  • Manages all cash transactions with integrity and responsibly - double check to ensure no shortages
  • Maintains neat and organized stock, including straightening and displaying products
  • Participates in regular, daily cleaning of the store, inclusive of garbage removal
  • Follows Store safety and emergency procedures and Loss Prevention policies and procedures
  • Strives to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals
  • Maintains and enforces Company standards in regards to selling, customer service, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities, setting up displays, posters, etc
  • Ability to utilize cash register, fill out required reports/forms
  • Moves or lifts boxes/products weighing no more than 25lbs
  • Commitment to maintaining high level of overall positive attendance, i.e., minimal lateness, leaving early and/or absences
  • Ability to solve practical problems and issues and deal with a variety of variables in situations where either limited or complete information exists
  • Ability to read and interpret a variety of instruction(s) and communication(s) furnished in written, oral or schedule form
  • Additional work hours in excess of normal business schedule may be necessary to perform essential duties and responsibilities or cover another shift. This includes extra efforts required for infrequent or short durations.
  • Changes in shift may occur to ensure appropriate coverage to meet the needs of the business/store
  • Travel as required via any method of transportation as determined by Company for business purposes, such as, but not limited to, providing schedule coverage for another Store, skill development, or a Company business event.
