Job Title: Real Estate Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant to join our well established real estate team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to real estate agents and assist in various tasks to ensure smooth operations within the real estate office. Part time with full time potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist real estate agents in processing contracts, purchase agreements, and other real estate documents.
- Perform duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients when necessary.
- Organize and schedule appointments, showings, and open houses to facilitate property viewings.
- Assist in marketing efforts by creating listings, flyers, and online advertisements for properties.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge real estate practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
