Kenneth Clark Co. (KCC) is a global logistics company. For over 50 years we have specialized in the movement of oversize and overweight cargo. The Role

The Customer Service Assistant is responsible for fielding inbound calls, contacting suppliers for status updates, sourcing suppliers, following up on paperwork/contracts, data entry, supporting staff members as needed and handling tasks or projects upper management assigns.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is punctual and reliable. Able to work with a team and independently on tasks in a high stress, time-sensitive environment. This role is a good fit for someone looking for an afternoon job from 2pm-6pm M-F and 8am-12pm on Sat. There is some flexibility on time so please advise what you can do when you apply.

Qualifications: Do you have what it takes?

  • High School Diploma.
  • Required proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Go getter & shows initiative in a fast-pace environment. Confidence
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Interacts & works with all members of the company.
  • Very good at multitasking.
  • Experience with working in an office environment. Preferred
