Excited about the future of finance and how to use and translate data and financial performance into key business insight? Come join our Finance Organization as the Senior Manager, Finance Transformation, leading a global program to re-implement and re-design our global FP&A systems and processes. This senior leader will drive the execution of a finance work stream that will help shape the future of finance as we create process and system capabilities that will help our business to improve performance through data and system integration.
Your role will be to lead the execution of the work stream project plan and ensure visibility into Finance resources, help business to define key process, drivers and metrics, prioritize tasks, work cross-functionally and influence leaders. You will also serve as a subject matter expert on the implications these projects have on our Finance systems and will be part of a team that collaborates with, consultants, business finance and technical teams. We are seeking someone who will:

Develop an understanding of KHC Finance planning and reporting requirements for each of our business units.
Develop and support the creation of a new Long Range Planning forecast and process
Lead cross functional team that will re-design internal finance reporting and management tools
Responsible for mapping and designing processes, monitoring and driving the change towards improved forecast and planning cycles.
Assist in managing work stream as part of a large overall program and coordinate with multiple work streams within program from initiation through delivery
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner.
Minimum of 6 + years of finance operations experience – broader finance roles including FP&A experience
Quick learner, as role requires deep understanding of business operations
Prior experience with Finance Transformation – system implementation, understanding of accounting and business finance
Strong communication skills and the proven ability to work successfully in a global set with a diverse team environment. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control
Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively and problem-solve.
