Marketing Strategist & Social Media Project Manager (E-commerce Focus)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Strategist & Social Media Project Manager with a strong background in e-commerce to lead the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role will focus on driving sales for multiple product lines, including tools, tech, and other consumer goods. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating effective sales funnels, leveraging social media trends, and developing strategies that increase brand visibility and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales for a diverse range of e-commerce products, including tools, tech, and more.
● Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement, build brand awareness, and grow online presence.
● Create and implement sales-driven campaigns using current social media trends, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising.
● Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase return on investment (ROI).
● Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant.
● Collaborate with the product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
● Manage the content calendar, scheduling, and execution of social media posts, paid ads, and email marketing campaigns.
● Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
● Oversee the development of engaging, on-brand content, including visuals, videos, and written copy, that resonates with target audiences.
● Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across emerging social media platforms and other digital marketing channels.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media management.
● Proven track record of increasing e-commerce sales through targeted marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
● Expertise in managing and optimizing social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and knowledge of influencer marketing.
● Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and online sales funnels.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed marketing decisions.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
● Proficiency with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
● Creativity and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving digital landscape.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in multi-product e-commerce brands, particularly in tools and tech.
● Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
● Experience in affiliate marketing and partnerships.
