RN Weekend Supervisor - 8 Hour Shift Pay Rate $30 and up based on experience.
Promenade Health and Rehab in Rogers has an opening for a Weened RN. We would offer either every weekend or Every Other Weekend. RNs coordinate staff and provide support to the 4 LPNs and the CMAs and CNAs. Duties include:
- RN's verify staff assignments and make changes as needed
- RN assists with communication to the physician or families
- RN Supervisor verifies residents needs are addressed during meals, showers, etc.
- RN does audits for resident hospital returns
- RN checks PointClickCare for meds past due during shifts
- RN communicates with DON or designee when necessary
There is an option for someone seeking full time to work every other weekend and shifts on the floor during the week.
This is a great opportunity to provide enough hours for someone who is only seeking part time or who needs a lower stress second job.
