Community Management Team for 55+ Senior Living Community

A Chicago based owner operator of multiple manufactured home communities is seeking an experienced Community Management Team for the day to day Operations, Sales & Leasing of our Senior Living 55+ MH & RV Community (127 MH sites & 10 RV Sites) located in sunny Tuscan, AZ. Base Salary, Commissions, Onsite Housing & Utilities Provided.

Responsibilities are:

  • Resident Relations
  • Planning & Organizing Social Activities
  • Property Appearance
  • Hands on Maintenance
  • Sales and Leasing of new and used manufactured homes
  • Resident Retention
  • Increase occupancy
  • Oversee the collection of rent
  • Oversee capital improvements
  • Negotiate contracts for home repairs and community expense
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements are:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years property management (Senior Living experience is preferred)
  • Prior sales and leasing experience
  • Excellent Community & Negotiation Skill
  • Knowledge of repair and maintenance of homes and community
  • Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding Fair Housing, Red Flag and Employment law
  • Able and willing to obtain an Arizona Sales License
  • Computer proficiency, including the internet and Microsoft Office; experience in Rent Manager is preferred
  • Flexibility to respond to community needs during non-business hour
