Duties / Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day jobsite activities to ensure that the established project schedule and budget is met.
- Create short interval look ahead project schedules that make sure upcoming work is properly communicated and coordinated with workforce, suppliers and/or subcontractors.
- Create and maintain a culture that values safety, health and cleanliness.
- Manage and coordinate work to ensure that it is constructed in strict accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
- Verify that all work is performed in a workmanlike manner
- Conduct and/or attend pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with client representatives.
- Maintaining daily paperwork such as timesheets, daily reports, email correspondence and job safety analysis.
- Must be willing to mentor and train new hires as needed.
- Must be familiar with TCS safety programs and ensure that work is performed in accordance with TCS policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

- Civil Construction: 3 years (Required)
