Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated background in strategic consulting, business transformation, and operational efficiency. As a Senior Consultant, the candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services to our clients across the higher education and nonprofit markets, helping to solve complex business challenges.
Job Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Management

Lead client engagements across a variety of offerings (e.g., strategic planning, business process improvement, and organizational assessments)

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

Communicate findings and recommendations to client stakeholders and executives
-
Manage and deliver multiple projects on time, within scope, and within budget

Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones
-
Coordinate across teams to achieve project objectives

Strategy Analysis and Implementation

Conduct business analyses, market research, financial analyses, and functional assessments

Facilitate the development of strategic plans
-
Support the implementation of recommended strategies and solutions, including ongoing guidance and project management support

Support change management initiatives to optimize stakeholder adoption of new processes and systems

Team Leadership, Innovation, and Business Development

Provide mentorship and support to develop and guide less experienced team members
-
Contribute to the development and continued innovation of Attain Partners proprietary methodologies and consulting best practices

Assist in business development activities for existing and new clients

Proposal writing

Participate in the development of though leadership initiatives and industry events
Required:

Bachelors degree in business administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred

5-7+ years of experience in consulting or a related field

Experience in the higher education and/or nonprofit industries is preferred
-
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Proven experience leading consulting projects or workstreams within consulting projects

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong presentation and/or client facilitation skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $130,000 - $160,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
