Job Summary
Crowe LLP is seeking a transfer pricing manager in financial services to join our practice. We seek candidates that are confident in coaching, reviewing and sharing their knowledge and experience to allow continuous growth within our team. As part of the Transfer Pricing team, you will undertake the following:

Responsibilities

Manage and deliver transfer pricing services for financial institutions
Develop and maintain client relationships
Be involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new and existing clients
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Prepare and analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance
Supervise and mentor staff members
Keep abreast of national and international business, economic and legal issues

In doing so, you will work closely with tax, legal and business professionals in a variety of settings including tax planning and compliance, M&A, restructuring and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

We welcome applicants that meet the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing transfer pricing services to financial institution clients preferred.

All of the following:
A Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting,
Certified Financial Analyst designation, American Society of Appraiser’s Business Valuation Certification, or Certified Management Accountant designation, and
Five years of experience working full time in a professional role within a transfer pricing group.
OR

All of the following:
A Master’s degree in economics, tax, finance, or accounting,
An enrolled agent designation or transfer pricing certification, and
Five years of experience working full time in a professional role within a transfer pricing group.
OR

All of the following:
PhD degree in Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, International Business, Accounting, or other related major, and Attorney with JD or JD/LLM (Passed Bar Exam and maintains active license)
Five years of experience working full time in a professional role within a transfer pricing group.
Comprehensive technical skills in addressing areas of intercompany finance, loans and guarantees, structured finance and leasing, treasury services, insurance related services, etc.
Understanding the value creation processes for industry leaders in the financial section (e.g., investment and wealth management, insurance, banking and capital markets, private equity and real estate).
Display drive and energy in looking for ways to exceed client needs and team expectations.
Excellence in both written and verbal communication.
Minimum travel involved and contingent on projects.
