Enter orders from customers.
Prepare data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information.
Establish order entry priorities daily.
Process customer and account documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies and returning incomplete documents to sales agent when needed.
Secure information by completing data base backups.
Maintain customer confidence by keeping information confidential.
Report any issues with the orders as far as payment issues, address issues etc.
Maintain continuity of all accounts across various systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency in typing quickly, but accurately.
Skill for keeping information confidential.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Strong communication skills.
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
High School/GED required.
