Stone Creek Coffee is looking for an Employee Care Coordinator to support our growing Employee Care Team.
The Employee Care Coordinator responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Employee Care Manager, helping screen applicants, coordinating applicant interviews and helping maintain databases with candidate and employee information.
The ECC will work closely with the Employee Care Manager to keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing employees.

Prepare job offer letters
Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases
Perform background and reference checks
Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
Help prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling orientations)
Experience & Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Working knowledge of word processing and data management applications
Work experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Assistant or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Familiarity with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methods
Basic knowledge of labor legislation

We offer a starting salary between 27,000-30,000 based on qualifications and experience.
You will be invited to compensation discussions as a part of our annual performance review, all compensation increase conversations are based on demonstrated value added to the team.
