Could This Be For You?
As a customer service representative for ACP, you will be an advocate for ACP partners, staff, and dealers. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will also perform outbound customer support activities as well as inside sales.

Your Impact
Originate phone calls to current and or potential customers to assure the best customer support, and provide information about products and services.
Promote ACP’s Products, and generate supply order revenue of: Minimum $3000.00 with a target of $4000.00+ in weekly revenue
Ensure appropriate data management of all customer orders within network database
Perform New Customer Install Survey Calls: 1 week, 30 days, and 60 days of install date.
Assist field staff with questions.
Maintaining accurate records of internal and external customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the compliance database
Maintain relationships with new and existing customers to ensure the best customer support, and provide information about products and services
Communicate with other departments as needed for all issues and/or complaints
Assist with other duties and/or projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one year (two years preferred) of customer service experience in person and/or phone support
One or more telemarketing and/or sales experience preferred
Additional Success Factors
Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 2000, XP and 7 environments
Knowledge of basic computer hardware
Type minimum of 40 words per minute with minimal errors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Microsoft Office skills to include Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint
