A day in the life…

The ideal Marketing Senior Designer is motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day.
Develop creative and design related concepts that both meet business objectives and help define the overall digital brand strategy.
Apply high-level strategic thinking and deliver creative/innovative customer experiences that are grounded in fashion/retail insights and business goals.
Ability to drive complex design projects with multiple stakeholders to successful completion and strong outcomes for the business.
Concept and drive new creative solutions for our over-arching Corporate Campaigns. . Own digital concepting and execution. High-level conceptual work with our Brand team.
Sufficient poise, confidence, and communication skills to speak credibly with partnering groups and present creative concepts
Working knowledge of the possibilities and constraints in rich internet application technologies such as AJAX, HTML 5, CSS, and JavaScript
Demonstrated ability to balance business/customer benefit with creative/implementation complexity
Ability to develop big conceptual ideas and to develop and execute a plan to achieve that vision
Knowledge of informal testing/targeting and embracing data-driven creative

You own this if you have…

5+ years of high-end design work experience in delivering high-volume, high-profile editorial and web based design.
Expert visual and fashion related design abilities with extensive experience in front-end ecommerce design, layout, typography and color theory.
Technically savvy and up-to-date on evolving visual product/fashion trends & design best practices.
Excellent leadership, presentation and teamwork skills.
Collaborate effectively with merchandising, marketing, and other partnering groups within the organization.
Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Excels in collaborative and independent settings while managing a large workload.
Strong knowledge of user experience methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, problem-framing skills and design principles.
Exemplary ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions through facilitative leadership
Help set and participate in initiatives to lead and mentor digital creative team members.
