Office Hours: September-May, 9:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday
June-August, 9:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M., Monday through Thursday
Summary: The Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of secretarial and administrative duties with minimal supervision. This position must demonstrate a high regard for confidentiality. Should also demonstrate daily, a committed and professional demeanor regarding the church mission and community/church member relations while performing all duties and responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Personnel Committee of Pilgrim Congregational Church. The position defers to and supports, the Pastor of Pilgrim Congregational Church.
Minimum of a High School Diploma required. Some college or business school preferred.
General secretarial skills, computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Publisher, Word), keyboard proficiency.
Minimum of 3 years of general business experience required. Minimum of 3 years prior office or Administrative Assistant or Bookkeeping experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 to $19.00 /hour
