Currently, we are expanding our sales organization with the creation of an inside Sales team. Candidates will be responsible for expanding sales through new customer growth in a lead generation program in support of our outside sales team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working on the telephone making outbound calls, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Positive mental attitude is a must.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls in order to obtain new sales appointments for sales representative
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives for further development and closure by scheduling introductory appointments in CRM system
  • Assist in closing sales and achieving quarterly quota objectives
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territories by tracking in CRM system
  • Perform effective online presentation of materials
  • Provide marketing materials and information to prospective clients via email or mail
  • Adhere to and uphold all applicable federal and state compliance regulations as well as True Health’s Code of Conduct and Ethical Responsibility, compliance policies and procedures, and applicable healthcare fraud, waste and abuse laws

Requirements:

  • Prior Sales Training or Sales Development experience
  • Track record of meeting or over-achieving sales quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Medical or laboratory knowledge helpful but not required
  • Must be proficient in general personal computer applications, as well as the ability to use Microsoft software including word and excel
