Starting at $18 per hour, not including tips and bonus commissions!

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates guest and stylist experience
- Recruitment and on-boarding of team
- Performance evaluation and coaching of team
- Scheduling and time management of team
- Provide professional salon services to adults and children
- Collaboration and communication with ownership
- Monitor inventory and replenish product and supplies
- Maintains salon cleanliness and hygiene
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Arkansas Cosmetology or Barber license
- Salon and Team Management experience
- Proficiency in salon services and techniques
