Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

What You’ll Get to Do:
The MDM Engineer is responsible for supporting, monitoring, testing and troubleshooting issues related to routing and switching infrastructure. They will support TSA's highly complex network infrastructure systems including integration, security, and mobile platform administration. This individual provides input regarding future direction and growth of the enterprise AirWatch infrastructure solutions. MDM Engineer will provide guidance in supporting applications within the mobile environment as well as maintaining the AirWatch Mobile Device Management (MDM) integration.

More About the Role:
Leverage enterprise IT technical background to troubleshoot routing and switching issues
Perform console configuration as required to support mobile device management
Manage MDM solution (AirWatch) including system architecture and development.
Configure device quarantine and mandatory enrollment policy for new O365 device activation
Assist with day today enrollment/provisioning/monitoring of devices
Provide recommendations for optimization
Plan and coordinate upgrade and maintenance activities for the Airwatch environment
Assist with tracking, monitoring, and troubleshooting as necessary
Responsible for monitoring and resolving Service Desk incidents escalated regarding AirWatch.
Daily administration of the network environment
Monitors network performance, troubleshoots issues and deploys solutions
Plans and implements upgrades and installs new equipment
Evaluates new technologies to optimize network efficiency
Inform management in a clear, concise, and timely manner of any customer or technical issues.
Satisfactorily complete and maintain quarterly internal training and certification standards.
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while exhibiting a personable, polite and patient behavior at all times
Be responsive and decisive on adjusting architecture as customer requirements, market conditions and technology evolves

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years related work experience
Candidate must have experience with router, switches, and firewalls and knowledge of routing and switching protocols in a large enterprise environment
CCNA/CCNP, or higher CISCO certifications preferred
Detail oriented
Flexible – The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness
Team Player – This role is part of a much larger team
