Bachelor's degree in a technical/business field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience with business analysis and strategy related to games and/or content business models.
Experience with key performance indicators (KPIs) within the gaming industry.
Experience with SQL.
Experience using mobile data and metrics to anticipate user needs and create actionable strategies and recommendations to grow the business.
Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing business strategy, leading to business growth.
Ability to multitask and operate with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
Effective attention to detail and ability to set priorities, drive decisions, create structured processes and respond proactively to potential issues.
Familiarity with developer success metrics.

Manage the ramp-up and growth of a new business opportunity for Google Play, working closely with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Engineering, Product Management, Merchandising, and Marketing.
Analyze data and trends to drive new insights, create strategies for the program and product, and make recommendations that drive the business forward.
Collaborate with other teams in Play to manage all aspects of developer onboarding, implementation, verification, and launch.
Define and monitor business metrics across multiple markets, lead operational reviews and strategy planning sessions and make catalog and product recommendations.
