The Human Resources Manager will be the point of contact for all employees when it comes to all administrative HR-related matters, including, but not limited to payroll administration, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and policies and procedures. This individual will manage all day-to-day HR operations, but will also utilize their expertise to act as a coach, mentor, counsel, and mediator to Managers and team members.

Provide general human resources services to respective team member population such as answering HR related inquiries, processing payroll, managing benefits administration, assisting with new hire orientation, and organizing new employee on-boarding.
Implement best practices in support of Ceterus’s people strategy and collaborate with Leadership on ways to continuously enhance Ceterus’s position as an Employer of choice.
Provide guidance to Managers regarding employee relations matters; prepare necessary documentation; manage the separation process and handle sensitive issues, escalating situations to Leadership as required.
Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR laws and regulations; assist with compliance investigations when necessary.
Analyze and provide reporting on key HR metrics which will ultimately assist in driving business decisions.
Assist with benefits administration and benchmarking in order to remain competitive within the market.
Develop effective communications and foster outreach/networking activities to support employee engagement.
Participate in recruiting activities such as interview coordination and facilitation.
Assist in Ceterus Culture initiatives and execution.
Responsible for continuous improvement of assigned processes and procedures and collaborating in a team environment.
Establish necessary monitoring systems to ensure company is in compliance with federal, state and local laws for all areas of responsibility.
Assist in the talent management initiatives to include the areas of: On-Boarding, Orientation, Training, Performance Review Planning/Execution, and Benefits Management.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in HR. A background in a technology organization is desirable, but not required.
Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and strong knowledge of HR-related laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and influence all team members at all levels which will impact change via leading/coaching in a matrixed environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and exhibit a sense of urgency, a commitment to customer service, quality, and timely completion of duties without oversight.
A self-starter who requires limited oversight.
Extraordinary diplomacy and capacity to utilize utmost discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information and situations.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication/presentation skills (both written and verbal).
General knowledge of compensation practices, benefit laws,and practices.
Academic / Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related degree.
PHR preferred, but not required.
