Due to the continued growth at Contract Exteriors, we are seeking a Construction Office Manager to help our Repair & Remodeling team.

The R&R Office Manager will provide support to the General Manager, Operations, Sales, and Marketing Teams. This is a great opportunity to learn many sides of the business.

Office Manager Responsibilities:
Greet walk-in visitors that may include customers, suppliers, or subcontractors.
Answer phones, field questions, and schedule Remodeling Consultants sales appointments.
Enter and maintain customer information received via phone, email, and walk-in, into our CRM system.
Follow up with customers to schedule or move appointments via phone, email, or text messaging.
Scan and Upload sold contracts to appropriate Google Drive folders and to STARTS.
Travel to job sites to meet with homeowners, if needed
Receive payments from Sales, Project Managers, or Operations and deposit into company bank account.
Receive and Process AWO (Additional Work Order) and Fill-In Information from Operations and send to General Manager, Estimating, and Purchasing teams.
Maintain local Business Licenses for local Division.
Secure permits as needed
Check and process US mail daily.
Release subcontractor payments (checks).
Work with General Manager to update divisional reporting metrics.
Work local marketing events such as home shows, trade shows, festivals, HBA events, etc.
Work with Marketing Department to make sure all product literature, samples, etc. are in stock.
Receive and submit local bills to be paid by Corporate office.
Order supplies for local office.
Process workmanship warranties for local office.
Support and work with local New Construction team on administrative responsibilities as directed.
Responsible for various reporting.
Provide exceptional customer service to our homeowners

Office Manager Qualifications:
Residential construction office experience preferred
Self-motivated, goal oriented
Outstanding customer service skills

High comfort level with web based technologies
Superior multi-tasking abilities
Excellent time management and organizational skills
