We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team! Originally started as Momofuku's fried chicken sandwich joint, Fuku has since grown to serve a variety of chicken and seasonal offerings, along with beer, slushies, and more. We are looking for all-star team members who are excited to represent the Momofuku brand while delivering the Fuku experience to guests with pride & integrity!

The Senior Marketing Manager oversees Fuku’s brand architecture and voice to ensure that both are represented in accordance with our core branding and values . This role directs social media strategy and development, along with digital marketing and advertising. The Senior Marketing Manager is also in charge of maintaining online and offline partnerships and liaising with external influencers to grow the brand’s public face. This role is also responsible for the oversight of all events and marketing campaign work.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work alongside Fuku and Momofuku teams to further define Fuku’s mission and core brand values
Assist in defining and cultivating Fuku’s brand identity and shape how it comes across in all marketing channels and in the guest experience
Architect how customers experience Fuku in order to consistently articulate the Fuku story and foster intimacy at scale
Collaborate with the operations, buildout, design, and culinary teams on branded packaging, menu-board creation, in-store merchandising, and other branded elements, including but not limited to, lighting, signage, furniture, smallwares, and the general look and feel of storefronts and concessions
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy including, but not limited to placements, media requests, blog posts, social media content, stories, and website content
Manage cause marketing, community and charity giving relationships in local markets
Partner with Momofuku design team to create marketing materials, promotional materials, verbiage, uniforms, and apps
Ensure that the brand voice is accurately communicated in internal training materials
Collaborate with the culinary team to craft a story around new menu items
Select and work with a PR agency to create comprehensive press and marketing strategies
Work with the Momofuku tech and website team to revamp the existing Fuku website
Create quarterly branded events that engage customers and audiences on a local and national level. Events include activations, sweepstakes, collaborations, and promotions
Leverage data and insights to craft compelling marketing strategies that meet business needs along every step of the customer journey
Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring an effective allocation of spend
Continuously research and explore industry trends to anticipate and inform best positioning and marketing tools for the brand
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

BA degree required, graduate degree a plus
4-5 years of experience in PR & Marketing experience with a focus on brand development
1-2 years of management level experience required
Ability to self-start and run with new ideas
Project management skills with ability to build relationships with members of key office teams and restaurants
Passion for growing brands through innovative partnerships and campaigns
Ability to adapt to new plans and changes in direction
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
