SUMMARY

Responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks; answering telephones; using common office equipment, preparing rooms for mediation sessions, inputting and collating data from mediation sessions and programs; and greeting clients and office visitors.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 1 - 2 years office experience required
  • Must have excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to remain calm and polite when under stress or in difficult situations
  • Successful experience in working with diverse individuals and groups
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage flexible work schedule, since occasional weekend work is necessary
  • Proficient in computer technology skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, and HTML
  • Proficient in use of common office equipment
